Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide 24-hour call coverage during assigned weeks
• Conduct clinic duties, including consults and admissions
• Perform interventional cardiology procedures
• Handle night and weekend call responsibilities
• Collaborate with Non-Invasive Cardiologists for general cardiology patient care
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system
• Manage complex cardiac cases requiring interventional procedures
• Operate and manage balloon pumps and Impella devices
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice in West Virginia
• Experience with balloon pumps and Impella devices is required
• TAVR procedures are not currently performed at this facility
