Locum Tenens Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine Needed in FL

Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a 2-day locum tenens assignment in Florida, commencing on Feb 9, 2026. This vital role involves a Monday-Friday clinical schedule, with 8 AM to 5 PM shifts, including essential weekday and weekend call responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide inpatient MFM and OB read consults, perform numerous ultrasounds daily, and manage a diverse range of maternal-fetal conditions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide clinical services Monday-Friday, including inpatient MFM and OB read consults.
• Participate in weekday and weekend call.
• Perform 24-30 ultrasounds daily.
• Manage 15-25 patient consultants daily, including approximately 12 new consultants.
• Conduct 50-55 US reads daily.
• Perform fetal echocardiograms and amniocentesis.
• Address cases involving isoimmunization, preeclampsia, and placental abnormalities.
• Focus on MFM SURCLISIONS; no surgical procedures are required.
