Job Description
Our client in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Neonatology Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment starting May 25, 2026. This vital role involves providing NICU coverage, attending all high-risk deliveries, rounding on well-newborns, and assisting in the NICU, including providing downtime coverage for 24-hour NNP shifts. Shifts will operate on a 7A-7P or 24-hour basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive NICU coverage.
- Attend all high-risk deliveries.
- Round on well-newborns.
- Assist in the NICU as needed.
- Provide downtime coverage to 24-hour NNP in NICU for 2-4 hours in the afternoon.
- Manage cases involving high-risk deliveries and well-newborn care.
