We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, beginning on Oct 1, 2025. This role requires a provider experienced in Level 4 NICU settings, available for multiple shifts including day, night, and weekend options. The selected candidate will utilize the Cerner EMR system to manage patient care.

• Schedule:
• Day shifts: 7a-5p on various days
• Night shifts: 4p-8a on selected days
• Weekend night shifts: 7p-7a
• Full weekend shifts: 24 hours coverage

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide critical care to neonates in a Level 4 NICU
• Adhere to protocols for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Manage patient care using the Cerner EMR system
• Monitor and stabilize high-risk newborns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Additional Information

• Required Board Certification: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
• Comfortable handling complex neonatal cases in a high-acuity environment
