Responsibilities and Duties
Provide care for a medical NICU census of approximately 75-80 patients, with additional surgical cases
Perform intubations, umbilical arterial/venous line placements, PICC placements, and lumbar punctures
Manage ventilators and participate in advanced respiratory support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
Ensure documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Required certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Pennsylvania license required
Anticipate a credentialing process of approximately 3 months
