Job Description

Our client is seeking a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner in TN for a 30-day assignment beginning Jun 1, 2026. This role involves flexible shifts, focusing on total patient management for neonatal patients under physician direction, including those recovering from various surgeries and handling patient transfers after an average stay of 21-28 days.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage total patient care for neonatal patients under physician direction
• Oversee patients recovering from various surgeries, along with growers and feeders
• Coordinate patient transfers to home hospitals after an average stay of 21-28 days
• Work within a NICU, typically managing 20 babies per team
• Collaborate with NNP teams and a resident fellow team
