Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform daily rounding and care management for NICU patients
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Assess, monitor, and document the condition of critically ill newborns
• Initiate and manage therapeutic interventions and procedures as directed
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare staff regarding patient status and care plans
