Locum Tenens Physician - Neonatologist Needed in FL

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist for a 30-day assignment in Florida, commencing on Jun 1, 2026. This role involves providing attending coverage at a NICU, managing high-risk deliveries, and offering well baby care, with a schedule structured around 24-hour shifts plus call from home or a hotel. Our client operates a state-of-the-art facility focused on family-centered care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide attending coverage at a NICU.
• See patients within a facility with all subspecialty services available, excluding cardiovascular surgery and ECMO.
• Manage high-risk delivery service coverage.
• Offer coverage, including well baby care and back-up coverage from home.
• Work collaboratively with a team of neonatologists and NNPs in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Neonatology required.
