Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive neonatal care during inpatient shifts.
Attend and manage neonatal emergencies as required during on-call nights.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize the Epic EMR system to document patient care activities accurately.
Adhere to all hospital protocols and standards.
Additional Information
Required Board Certifications: Neonatology
Must be licensed to practice in Tennessee
Prior experience in neonatology (2+ years preferred)
Certifications required: Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
