Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct clinic visits to monitor laboratory testing, blood pressure, and other indicators vital to patient health.
  • Oversee kidney replacement therapies as needed.
  • Coordinate kidney transplant processes ensuring seamless patient care and compliance.
  • Prescribe and manage medications to control blood pressure, glucose levels, swelling, and cholesterol.
  • Educate patients about management options for end-stage kidney disease.

Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Nephrology
  • Must be licensed in WV
  • Experience in using Epic EMR systems is preferred.
