Responsibilities and Duties
Provide advanced care for neurological surgical patients in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans specific to neurological surgery cases
Assist in the management of pre- and post-operative neurosurgical patients
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Document all patient interactions and care provided in Epic EMR
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
Additional Information
Minimum 2 years experience required
North Carolina licensure required
Must hold Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist - Adult Gerontology (ACCNS-AG) certification
Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
