Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient interactions using the Epic EMR system

Additional Information
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required

  • Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist - Adult Gerontology (ACCNS-AG) board certification required
