We are seeking a highly skilled Neurological Surgery Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in New Mexico, starting Nov 3, 2025. This six-month position involves night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, following a 7-on-7-off schedule, primarily handling adult cases with occasional pediatric patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Utilize EMR system (Powerchart) for documentation and patient tracking
  • Adhere to advanced trauma and basic life support protocols


Additional Information

  • Required certifications: Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Board certifications needed: Neurological Surgery, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (AGACNP-BC)
  • Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in New Mexico
