Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Neurologist to join our client's team in Georgia for a 364-day assignment, beginning Apr 20, 2026. This role involves seeing approximately two patients per hour during 4 to 8-hour shifts, one day a week, focusing on evaluations and follow-ups related to traumatic brain injury, concussion protocols, and auto or personal injury cases, including making specialist referrals.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct 30-minute appointments for both initial evaluations and follow-ups, seeing two patients per hour.
  • Utilize a client-provided note template for cases involving traumatic brain injury, concussion protocols, auto injury, and personal injury consults.
  • Review patient-completed Rivermead Post-Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire (RPQ), PHQ, and GAD-7 prior to appointments.
  • Review results from technician-performed ocular/vestibular motor skill tests, circular smooth pursuit, and saccades eye movement tests.
  • Discuss TBI results with patients, document TBI findings, establish diagnoses, and outline next steps for specialist referrals (e.g., vestibular therapists, psychotherapists, comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, speech-language therapists, physical therapists, sleep specialists).
