Schedule: 24 hours neurology consult services with unrestricted evening and overnight call coverage for general neurology (non-stroke/tpa services) and Telestroke call split for the month
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform EEG and continuous EEG procedures
Conduct neurology consults (4-5 per day)
Manage Telestroke cases (4 per day)
Provide unrestricted 24-hour call coverage for general neurology and Telestroke
Collaborate with the Comprehensive Stroke Center team to ensure high-quality patient care
Additional Information
Board certification in Neurology required
Active Texas medical license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in a Comprehensive Stroke Center (DNV) setting preferred
