Job Description

We are seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Nurse Practitioner to join our client in California for a 70-day assignment starting Jun 8, 2026. This role involves comprehensive women's health care, including routine gynecologic visits, preventative screenings, contraceptive counseling, and managing menstrual concerns on a variable schedule. The selected professional will provide essential patient care within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Annual well-woman exams
• Preventive gynecologic visits
• Breast health screening visits
• Menopause wellness visits
• Contraceptive counseling
• IUD insertion and removal
• Nexplanon insertion and removal
• Emergency contraception counseling
• Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Care
• Menstrual & Hormonal Concerns
• Endometrial biopsy
• Vulvar biopsy
• Removal of cervical polyps
• Bartholin cyst management (non-surgical)
• Incision & drainage of small abscesses

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
