 We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) specializing in OB/GYN for an 80-day locum tenens assignment in Florida. This opportunity involves providing comprehensive women's health services in a hospital setting, starting 09/22/2025. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a wide range of clinical procedures and prenatal care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no on-call duties required. This role offers a chance to provide essential OB/GYN care, including endometrial biopsies, minor procedures, preventive care, birth control counseling, and management of high-risk pregnancies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform endometrial biopsies

• Conduct minor procedures such as drainage, staple removal, and suturing

• Administer Pap smears and pelvic exams

• Provide birth control counseling and services

• Evaluate and manage menstrual cycle disorders

• Offer comprehensive prenatal care, including: Regular checkups and monitoring of mother and fetus; Management of high-risk pregnancies (e.g., gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, multiple pregnancies)

• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for patient documentation

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care

• Clinical work only, no on-call duties required

• Active Florida CNM license is required

• Experience with high-risk pregnancies is preferred
