 We are seeking a skilled OB/GYN Physician for a locum tenens position at a hospital in Arizona. This 6-day assignment runs from July 17, 2025, at 7 AM to July 22, 2025, at 7 AM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a wide range of obstetric and gynecological procedures, including diagnostic hysteroscopy, abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies, infertility surgery, laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy, and salpingectomy. Additionally, the physician should be prepared to handle complicated deliveries such as multiple births, breech presentations, mid forceps, C-sections, C-section hysterectomies, and VBACs. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform diagnostic hysteroscopies

• Conduct abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies

• Carry out infertility surgeries

• Execute laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomies and salpingectomies

• Manage complicated deliveries, including multiple births and breech presentations

• Perform C-sections and C-section hysterectomies when necessary

• Assist with VBACs (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean)

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care

• Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using ChartMaxx and Medhost systems

• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

• Participate in patient rounds and consultations as needed

Additional Information:

• Arizona state medical license required

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Experience with ChartMaxx and Medhost systems is beneficial

• Ability to work 24-hour shifts

• Potential for assignment extension
