We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrician and Gynecologist for a short-term locum tenens assignment in Arizona. This 7-day role begins on Jul 8, 2025, with a schedule that includes clinic hours and 24-hour call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a light volume of cases and be available for a flexible clinic schedule and out-of-house call duties.

  • Schedule: Clinic hours flexible between 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, and 24-hour call shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care.
  • Manage around 30 deliveries per month at the hospital.
  • See up to 18 patients per day in the clinic setting.
  • Handle call duties, providing timely and effective care during out-of-house shifts.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and safety at all times.
  • Utilize Meditech EHR for documenting patient care and managing records.

Additional Information
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
  • Must have an active Arizona medical license or be IMLC eligible.
  • Candidates with rural health experience will be given preference.
  • Must be proficient in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
