• Aug 22, 7am to Aug 25, 7am (clinic and call on Aug 22, call only thereafter)
• Aug 25-28 in clinic (Aug 25 can be a post-call day)
• Aug 29 to Sep 2, 7am (clinic and call on Aug 29, call only thereafter)
• No clinic on Sep 1
• Sep 2-4 in clinic (Sep 2 can be a post-call day)
• Sep 5-8, 7am (clinic and call on Sep 5, call only thereafter)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care
• Perform surgical procedures and manage both routine and complex cases
• Ensure continuity of care through effective communication with other healthcare providers
• Maintain patient records using the EMR system eClinicalWorks

Additional Information

• Must be board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current Arizona medical license required
• DEA and Laser Certification necessary
