Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in a rural setting
- Manage clinic responsibilities and on-call duties as the sole provider
- Deliver inpatient and outpatient services as needed
- Respond to emergencies and acute patient needs during 24-hour shifts
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Uphold standards for quality and patient safety
Additional Information
- Must hold a valid California medical license
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required (must have been certified at least once by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Prior experience in rural medicine strongly preferred
