We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a full-time locum tenens assignment in Florida starting Nov 10, 2025. This 120-day opportunity features Monday to Friday clinic hours, a scheduled half day of surgery per week, and occasional 24-hour in-house Labor and Delivery shifts.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full Time, 8:00am-5:00pm; half-day of surgery per week; 24-hour in-house L&D shift 1-3 times per month (post-call day off); initial clinic-only coverage while hospital privileges are obtained
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive office-based obstetrics and gynecology care
Perform scheduled half-day surgical procedures each week
Cover one to three 24-hour in-house Labor and Delivery shifts per month, with the following day off for post-call recovery
Participate in continuity of care within the OB clinic
Obtain and maintain hospital privileges as required
Utilize Nexplanon certification in patient care
Adhere to all relevant clinical and regulatory requirements
Additional Information
Florida medical license required
Must be board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (will consider BE if recently graduated)
Active enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid required
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Nexplanon certifications required
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Preference for candidates interested in a long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care
Experience preferred but not required (ideally 3-15 years); newer graduates encouraged to apply
