Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 12-day locum tenens assignment in Georgia, starting May 22, 2026. This opportunity features 24-hour call coverage with out-of-house call responsibilities and a 30-minute response time, covering key holiday periods throughout the summer.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide 24-hour call coverage for obstetric and gynecologic cases
  • Respond to emergencies within a 30-minute timeframe
  • Perform deliveries, including at least 40 deliveries and 5 c-sections in the past two years
  • Conduct GYN procedures, with a minimum of 100 performed in the past two years
  • Manage a wide range of OB/GYN cases as needed during call periods

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed to practice in Georgia
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
  • Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Experience with Meditech EHR preferred
