Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide inpatient obstetrics coverage across various shifts (10, 14, or 24 hours).
  • Perform deliveries, circumcisions, and GYN surgeries.
  • Address emergency GYN concerns and consultations.
  • Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives who assist with care.
  • Ensure high-risk deliveries are appropriately managed and transferred.

Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Must be licensed to practice in Indiana
  • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required
  • EMR Systems used: Athenahealth, Centricity, Sunrise Clinical Manager
