We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a locum tenens assignment in Indiana starting Mar 2, 2026. This opportunity spans 200 days and offers a flexible schedule with minimum five shifts per month, including both 8-hour clinic days and 24-hour call shifts. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care in both ambulatory and hospital settings.

  • Provider Type Needed: Obstetrician/Gynecologist
  • Schedule: Minimum 5 days per month. Rounding: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM; Clinic: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Evening/Night Call: Sign out to Laborist at 4:00 PM and remain on pager call until 7:00 AM the following day. Shifts include both 8-hour clinic days and 24-hour call.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide patient care in ambulatory and hospital settings
  • Perform labor management, vaginal and cesarean deliveries
  • Deliver postpartum and post-operative care
  • Consult for emergency room cases and provide ER consultation
  • Conduct scheduled and emergent gynecological surgeries
  • Perform in-office procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, and NST evaluation

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed to practice medicine in Indiana
  • Required board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Minimum skillset includes proficiency in common office-based gynecological procedures
  • Three-month credentialing process expected
