Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a locum tenens assignment in Kentucky. This opportunity starts on Oct 20, 2025, with a 15-day assignment and consists of 24-hour call shifts from 7AM to 7AM, covering approximately five days per month. The provider will serve as the primary OB GYN on call, managing both deliveries and C-sections.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Serve as the primary obstetrician/gynecologist on call for all deliveries and C-sections
  • Perform patient consults and typical rounding duties
  • Manage obstetric emergencies and surgical interventions
  • Ensure proper documentation in Meditech EHR

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed in Kentucky or have IMLC eligibility
  • Required board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
  • Candidates must meet case log requirements and have experience with deliveries and C-sections
