Schedule: Monday: Clinic 9 AM - 5 PM, Weeknight call 5 PM - 8 AM Tuesday
Tuesday-Friday: Clinic 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide OBGYN clinic services Monday through Friday
• Handle weeknight call on Monday nights from 5 PM to 8 AM Tuesday
• See approximately 25-30 patients per day in the clinic
• Manage typical OBGYN patient consultations and treatments
• Perform deliveries at the hospital (approximately 20-25 per month)
• Conduct patient examinations and develop treatment plans
• Perform routine obstetrical care
• Manage gynecological conditions and perform related procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Additional Information:
• Louisiana medical license required for this position
• Minimal high-risk cases involved
• Experience in managing a high-volume OBGYN clinic is essential
• Comfort with weeknight call and ability to respond promptly when needed
