We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a locum tenens assignment in Maryland starting Nov 1, 2025. This opportunity is for a 102-day contract with primarily night and occasional 24-hour in-house shifts. The role involves hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology coverage, with a flexible schedule of 10-15 shifts per month.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide in-house obstetrics and gynecology coverage for hospital patients
  • Manage labor and delivery, including assessment and intervention
  • Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures as needed
  • Respond to emergent OB/GYN cases during assigned shifts
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient care and procedures in Cerner EMR

Additional Information
  • Active Maryland medical license required
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Background in hospital-based OB/GYN preferred
  • Credentialing can be completed in 30-45 days
