We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 49-day locum tenens assignment in Maryland starting May 4, 2026. This opportunity involves 24-hour in-house call shifts, with a requirement for at least three consecutive 24-hour shifts covered one to two times per month. The ideal candidate will provide high-acuity inpatient care as part of an expert team, utilizing the Cerner EMR system.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care during 24-hour in-house call shifts
  • Manage high-acuity cases as required by the hospital setting
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Document all patient interactions and procedures using Cerner EMR
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and best practices for women's health and emergency care
  • Participate in credentialing processes at additional hospitals as needed to maximize shift availability

Additional Information
  • Must hold an active Maryland medical license
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Prior experience with high-acuity inpatient care strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR system is required
