Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care during 24-hour in-house call shifts
Manage high-acuity cases as required by the hospital setting
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
Document all patient interactions and procedures using Cerner EMR
Adhere to hospital protocols and best practices for women's health and emergency care
Participate in credentialing processes at additional hospitals as needed to maximize shift availability
Additional Information
Must hold an active Maryland medical license
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
Prior experience with high-acuity inpatient care strongly preferred
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system is required
