Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This opportunity begins on Oct 14, 2025, with three separate 72-hour call coverage stints, each running from 7am on the first day to 7am on the last day. The assignment duration is 9 days, and candidates must be comfortable performing c-sections. Emergency credentialing is available for qualified providers.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide 24-hour out-of-house second call coverage for obstetrics and gynecology
  • Manage labor and delivery cases, including the ability to perform c-sections
  • Respond to emergency calls and collaborate with onsite teams as needed
  • Flex duties according to provider comfort and skill set

Additional Information
  • Must hold an active Michigan medical license
  • Required board certification: Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification
  • Prior experience with 24-hour call coverage preferred
