We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This role begins on Jan 8, 2026, and features three 24-hour out of house call shifts (8a-8a) covering both inpatient vaginal and cesarean deliveries. The ideal candidate will be board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and comfortable handling a range of inpatient cases during the specified dates.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide inpatient coverage for labor and delivery, including both vaginal and c-section deliveries
Manage 24-hour out of house call responsibilities as scheduled
Respond to obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive patient care
Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure patient safety and quality
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system
Additional Information
Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO), Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
Proficiency with Epic EMR is preferred
