Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Obstetrician/Gynecologist Physician to join our client's team in North Carolina for a 4-day assignment starting Jun 11, 2026. This role involves 24-hour out-of-house call shifts from 8 AM to 8 AM, focusing on 100% inpatient clinical care, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries within a hospital setting.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide 24-hour out-of-house call coverage.
  • Deliver 100% inpatient clinical care in a hospital environment.
  • Demonstrate comfort and proficiency with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
  • Ensure a response time to the hospital within 20 minutes when on call.
  • Manage patients within a low volume Emergency Department.
  • Utilize air and ground support for immediate patient transfers as needed.
  • No ICU responsibilities are required for this position.
  • Will not be required to respond to codes.
