Job Description

We are seeking a skilled OB/GYN Physician for a 30-day assignment in New Mexico, starting May 29, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services, including managing low and high-risk pregnancies, performing deliveries, c-sections, and various related procedures, with a flexible schedule offering professional balance.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage low risk and high risk pregnancies.
  • Interpret FHR (NST/CST/FSE) and perform/interpret OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening viability, Level II/Targeted anatomic).
  • Perform amniocentesis.
  • Conduct routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps, and make decisions for C-sections.
  • Handle complicated deliveries such as C-sections, breech presentations, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs.
  • Repair 3rd and 4th-degree lacerations.
  • Provide obstetrics and gynecology services.
  • Patient encounters per shift typically range from 0-3.
