Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a short-term locum tenens role in Ohio. This position requires handling a variety of cases in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, including deliveries and C-sections, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. The assignment starts in mid-July and offers an opportunity to work within an established medical team using the Epic EMR system.

Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide 24-hour out-of-house call coverage
  • Manage obstetric cases including 100 deliveries and 75 or more C-sections from the past two years
  • Handle 25 GYN cases from the last two years
  • Ensure thorough documentation and patient follow-up

Additional Information
  • Must be Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, and ACLS
  • Must have a COVID-19 vaccination
  • Valid Ohio medical license required
  • Clean or limited malpractice history for timely credentialing
