Job Description

We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist Physician for a 60-day assignment in OR, starting Jun 22, 2026. This role involves 4 days of clinic during the week plus 1-2 nights on call, with weekend call from Friday 7a to Monday 7a, focusing on comprehensive women's health services including routine OB/GYN care, various clinic procedures, and managing deliveries and emergency cases during call shifts.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide routine obstetrical and gynecological care in a clinic setting.
  • Perform clinic procedures including IUD removal/insertion, Nexplanon, colposcopy, LEEP, endometrial biopsy, pessary fitting/insertion, and other appropriate excisions/biopsies.
  • Conduct non-stress test strip assessments and potentially ultrasounds.
  • Manage call shifts for rural obstetrics, including in-house call for OB and deliveries, with a Level 2 nursery and ability to ship out any high-risk cases.
  • Perform vaginal deliveries, assisted vaginal deliveries, and Cesarean sections.
  • Execute procedures such as cerclages, D+Cs, D+Es, termination inductions, and pregnancy terminations.
  • Participate in a schedule including 4 days of clinic per week, 1-2 nights on call during the week, and weekend call from Friday 7a to Monday 7a.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
  • The Electronic Medical Record system used is Epic.
