 Barton Associates is seeking an experienced OB/GYN physician for a locum tenens position at a Clinic in Texas. This opportunity offers coverage starting 07/01/2025, for 60 days, with potential for extension. The assignment involves working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care in a clinic-only setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, performing ultrasounds, IUD insertions/removals, and contraceptive implant procedures. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients for various OB/GYN conditions
• Perform ultrasounds for pregnancy monitoring and gynecological assessments
• Conduct IUD insertions and removals
• Carry out contraceptive implant procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Provide patient education on reproductive health and family planning
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EHR system
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
• Participate in any necessary staff meetings or consultations
• Stay updated on the latest OB/GYN practices and treatment options

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Texas
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
• Experience in clinic-based OB/GYN care essential
• Proficiency in ultrasound, IUD procedures, and contraceptive implants required
• Familiarity with Epic EHR system is advantageous
