We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for an 8-week locum tenens assignment in Texas. This opportunity begins on Feb 6, 2026, and features day shifts, Monday through Friday, with nightly call and a sleep room provided. The ideal candidate will be board certified or eligible in OB/GYN (or Family Practice with OB experience), ready to lead independent clinic sessions, and comfortable performing cesarean deliveries in a dynamic hospital setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead clinic sessions and manage patient care independently
  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care from adolescence through menopause
  • Perform cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgical procedures
  • Deliver hands-on maternity support
  • Participate in nightly call coverage as required


Additional Information

  • Board certified or eligible in OB/GYN (or Family Practice with OB experience)
  • Must hold an active Texas medical license and DEA
  • Membership in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) required
  • Experience with Meditech EHR preferred
  • Ability to work independently and provide leadership in clinic and on-call settings
