Job Description

Our client in Texas is seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 30-day assignment beginning Mar 1, 2026. This dynamic role encompasses a blend of outpatient clinic responsibilities, hospital rounding, managing deliveries, and participating in call coverage. The Physician will focus on providing comprehensive OBGYN clinical services, including low and high risk pregnancy management, fetal heart rate interpretation, routine deliveries, and various office-based gynecological procedures.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive OBGYN clinical services and hospital call coverage.
  • Manage low risk and high risk pregnancies.
  • Perform FHR interpretation including NST, CST, and FSE.
  • Conduct OB Ultrasounds for Level I/Screening.
  • Manage routine deliveries, including vaginal, low forceps, and decision-making for c-sections.
  • Perform office and minor gynecology procedures such as IUD insertions, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP.
  • Manage outpatient OBGYN clinic duties, with approximately 25-30 patient encounters per shift.
  • Perform hospital rounding and deliveries.
