Responsibilities and Duties
Provide continuous in-hospital coverage for Maternal-Fetal Medicine and additional OB-GYN services.
Deliver prompt and efficient medical care to patients on the inpatient MFM service.
Assist community OB-GYN physicians, including C-section support.
Manage unassigned patients and provide emergency management for OB or GYN complaints.
Offer backup support for Nurse-Midwives and Family Practice physicians handling obstetrics.
Participate in patient-care conferences and maintain clear communication with other clinicians.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation to facilitate proper billing and collection.
