Locum Tenens Physician - Obstetrics Needed in VA

Job Description

We are actively seeking an Obstetrics Physician for a 42-day assignment in Virginia, starting May 4, 2026. This role involves comprehensive OB hospitalist coverage with 24-hour, in-house shifts, including C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and managing various obstetric emergencies.

Responsibilities and Duties

• OB hospitalist coverage
• 24 hour shifts, in-house
• Covering OB and ED
• C-sections
• Vaginal deliveries
• Circumcisions (if provider is not comfortable with this, please outline on submission)
• Ob emergencies (fetal distress, hemorrhage, etc)
• Hospital has a NICU
