Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for our client in Louisiana, beginning Apr 20, 2026, for a 10-day assignment. This role involves 7:00am to 3:00pm shifts, providing crucial occupational exams like work physicals and return to work evaluations, and being on standby for emergent cases within an industrial complex that manufactures aerospace components. You will be expected to see approximately 5-10 patients daily.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform occupational exams including work physicals, return to work evaluations, respiratory exams, and hearing conservation exams.
  • Be available for onsite exams and emergency situations as needed, including the use of a defibrillator.
  • Expected to see approximately 5-10 patients per day.
  • Work within an industrial complex environment manufacturing aerospace vehicles and components, affiliated with NASA.
