- Wednesday, Oct 29: 10:30am–7:30pm (clinic setup at 10:30am, procedures 11:15am–7:30pm, break 4:30pm–5:15pm, reconciliation and clean-up at 7:30pm)
- Thursday, Oct 30: 8:00am–4:30pm (clinic setup at 8:00am, procedures 8:30am–4:00pm, break 12:15pm–1:00pm, reconciliation and tear-down 4:00pm–4:30pm)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Take detailed medical histories
- Perform non-DOT physical examinations
- Collaborate with clinical team during setup, procedures, and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Adhere to all clinic protocols and procedures

- Providers must have their own collaborator or supervising physician
- Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
