Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the Onsite Medical Director, overseeing occupational health operations.
Provide medical consultation and hands-on care for work-related injuries, medical surveillance, and urgent non-occupational emergencies.
Clinically supervise all onsite medical staff, ensuring adherence to best practice and regulatory compliance.
Conduct and oversee medical review officer (MRO) duties, including drug test result analysis.
Administer preventative measures such as influenza shots and manage fitness-for-duty evaluations.
Engage with client stakeholders for continuous improvement of health protocols.
Triage and manage workplace injuries and illnesses effectively.
Additional Information
Required Certifications: BLS, DEA
Preferred: MRO Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Experience: 3-5 years in occupational medicine preferred
