We are seeking a Medical Oncologist for a 240-day locum tenens assignment in Montana, starting Apr 6, 2026. This position features day shifts, Monday to Friday, with scheduled patients and infusion sessions throughout the week. The ideal candidate is in the early to mid stages of practice and holds the appropriate state license and board certification in Medical Oncology.

  • Schedule: Monday 8 patients per day; Tuesday to Friday 4-5 patients per day. Infusions run 4 days per week with an average of 10 patients per day (range: 3-16). Shift hours are 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive medical oncology care to scheduled patients
  • Oversee and manage infusion therapy for oncology patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

Additional Information
  • Must possess a current Montana medical license
  • Board certification in Medical Oncology required
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
