We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Michigan, starting Nov 10, 2025. This opportunity offers a busy clinic and surgical schedule, Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, with no call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly productive and comfortable performing both surgeries and procedures, including injections, with an emphasis on delivering efficient, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform ophthalmic surgeries and in-office procedures
  • Provide patient care in a busy clinic setting
  • Administer injections as clinically indicated
  • Manage a minimum of 4 clinic patients per hour
  • Complete 12-14 procedures or surgeries daily
  • Conduct follow-up appointments during the second week of assignments
  • Adhere to all required clinical protocols and standards

Additional Information
  • Current Michigan medical license required
  • Board certification in Ophthalmology required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Strong productivity and time management skills are essential
