We are seeking an Optometrist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Jan 5, 2026. This position is focused on clinical optometry, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a patient volume of 15-20 per day and no surgical responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Additional Information

• Must hold a current license to practice optometry in Arizona
• Required board certification: Optometry
