Job Description
We are seeking an Optometrist Physician for a 18-day assignment starting Mar 9, 2026, in TN. This role involves a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, where you will conduct eye exams, diagnose and treat ocular disease, and advise patients on follow-up care.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct eye exams
- Diagnose and treat ocular disease
- Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses
- Advise patient, family facility on follow up care
- No prescribing required
- Visit assisted living homes/nursing homes within a 2 hour radius in TN

- Provider will be seeing cases involving ocular disease, ocular degeneration, and cataracts.
