Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide professional advice to patients, their families, and facility staff regarding eye health and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with staff across multiple facilities to ensure consistent patient care.
Additional Information
- Geriatric and nursing home experience is highly preferred.
- Must hold a valid VA license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Comfortable traveling to locations within a 2-hour radius of the central hub.
- Proficiency with Nextgen EMR system is required to document and manage patient information efficiently.
