Job Description

Our client is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for a 112-day assignment in Indiana, starting Jun 1, 2026. This role involves a consistent schedule, working from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM, focusing on advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, and various orthognathic and TMJ surgeries, ensuring a high standard of patient care.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, and bone grafting.
  • Conduct specialized surgeries such as orthognathic surgery, TMJ surgery, and procedures for obstructive sleep apnea.
  • Address pathology procedures, including biopsies for oral cancers, tumors, and cysts.
  • Manage cases involving facial pain, facial reconstruction, misaligned jaws, and cleft lip & palate.
  • Utilize advanced imaging and diagnostic tools for precise surgical planning and execution.
  • Handle various cases including dental implants, tooth extractions, impacted teeth, and apicoectomy.
  • Provide care for patients requiring facial cosmetic surgery.
