The schedule includes clinic hours from 8 AM to 5 PM with OR hours from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct patient consultations for oral and maxillofacial procedures
• Perform simple and surgical extractions
• Execute full mouth extractions under sedation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EHR system
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in case reviews and quality improvement initiatives as needed
Additional Information:
• Ohio state dental license required
• Board certification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery preferred
• Recent operating room experience is mandatory
